Apply for a business courier account
Complete the four short steps below and our accounts team will review your application. It takes around five minutes, and you can still book any job by phone while it is being processed.
What a business account gives you
A business account gives approved businesses invoicing for their jobs instead of paying for each one separately, plus a 24-hour booking desk that knows your addresses and instructions, your own references on invoices, and proof of delivery records for every job. Credit checks apply before an account is opened.
- Account invoicing for approved businesses, so jobs are billed together rather than paid for one by one.
- One booking desk, 24 hours a day, which can see your account, regular addresses and standing instructions.
- Your references on every invoice, such as PO numbers, cost centres or customer order numbers.
- Proof of delivery records held against each job, available whenever you need them.

FAQ
Common questions
What do I need to hand before I apply?
Your registered company name and number if you have one, your VAT number if you are registered, your business address, and the name and email address of the person who should receive invoices. It also helps to know roughly how often you expect to book and which routes you use most.
What happens after I send the application?
Our accounts team reviews the details and carries out a credit check on the business. We will contact you if anything needs clarifying, then confirm the outcome and the terms of the account. Once the account is open, anyone you have authorised can book against it by phone or email.
Can I book a job before my account is approved?
Yes. Call 020 4525 2039 or use the quote form and pay for the job as a one-off booking. Once the account is open, future jobs are invoiced to it.
Can sole traders apply?
Yes. Choose Sole trader as the business type and leave the company registration number blank. Approval depends on the outcome of the credit check, as it does for every applicant.
