Engineering is the backbone

Getting out of Yeovil

The A37 runs north towards Bristol and south to Dorchester, and the A30 heads east through Sherborne and west to Crewkerne.
The A303 is dual carriageway in long sections but has single-carriageway stretches, and the approaches to Stonehenge are still a well-known holdup. Yes, and that is how we work. We deliver to the goods-in or receiving point the customer nominates, and we do not carry out airside, secure-area or security-controlled work. Give us the gatehouse instructions, the purchase order the customer expects and a note of any certificate of conformity that travels with the part, and the driver hands over to the named recipient for a signature.
How far can you get from Yeovil by mid-afternoon if the part is ready at 9.00 am?
A long way, traffic permitting. Bristol is about 40 miles away, Exeter around 50, Southampton roughly 75 and central London about 125. A mid-morning start on any of those normally leaves time for an afternoon handover, and the Midlands is often reachable the same day too.
